JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Create new client and referral relationships; seek out new opportunities for revenue growth
2. Design, sell, and oversee new projects:
• Create contract-winning proposals for prospective clients with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy
• Qualify Customers through active listening and questioning during site surveys
• Negotiate proposal terms with clients and communicate terms to other involved trades
• Work cohesively and promptly with office staff on any follow up needed to help move project into next phases
• Properly manage client and expectations throughout the project's lifecycle
• Be a subject matter expert on our home tech, and remain up-to-date on industry news
• Complete site surveys of potential client homes to offer excellent solutions that optimize and manage the sources of data streaming into a home or office, audio and video distribution systems, lighting, security/surveillance/access control systems. A thorough and accurate proposal is crucial.
• Attend lucrative industry events to network
• Understand and utilize the fundamental Oasis sales techniques
• Understand and utilize available resources to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
• Cover showroom for walk in demonstrations

Skills and Experience:
**EXPERIENCE IN AV PREFERRED, BUT WE ARE WILLING TO COACH!**

• Sales experience in the home technology industry or related to it with a successful track record
• A drive to seek new business
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Design and Estimated skills within home technology systems
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Possess Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, project management and estimating software
• Ability to communicate and interact with co-workers, customers and vendors in an effective and professional manner
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Supplemental pay types:

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
